Made this for my little bud that wanted a green arrow with a hat instead of the hood. I took an cyclotron base and took off the chest plate. I used Milliput to fill the chest back up and cut some fine lines to give him some laces. I used a wwe Sheamus head and Dremeled the hair off and sculpted the hat and Beard, Used samurai Arms. Quiver was made from a zip fizz container that I cut in half and painted. Bow was made from a dollar store ninja star, just cut it up and painted.
