One of my favorite members of the All-Star Squadron, Will Everett was on the to do list for a long minute.
I wanted to make sure I could do him justice, and I think I came up with a decent recipe.
I used a Blue Devil body with Commander Steel arms and a Mr Terrific head
The sculpt on his chest and head piece was with Milliput
I hadn't thought about the cape until I was almost done with the body....scrounged the fodder bin and got lucky with a cape that I think came from a Total Justice Superman??
