This is one of those characters that either never gets made or was never popular. Calypso is one of those characters that I had been avoiding because of her complex design. But I'm glad I took on the challenge.

She is made from a Scarlet Witch body and head. I didn't want to use Storm's head so I modified SW head for a unique and personal look. I sculpted the hair which was the most frustrating part.

- Tigra feet
- hands from Monster High dolls
- bracelets from Hobby Lobby store
- hair, dress, belt, necklace were all sculpted

Thanks! I used Apoxie Sculpt. I start with the bottom of the hair and the top then I keep adding layers. I used a safety pin to sculpt the curly hair

I remember her from the McFarlane issues which automatically makes her cool in my book. Nice job on this custom, she looks great! That hair looks like it was tough to sculpt. Excellent job on that.
