Most older Sonic fans probably remember Nicole, the AI that lived in Sally's PDA device in the old SATAM cartoon, but you would have to follow the comic to know that she eventually gave herself a real life body constructed from hard light projections and nanites. This is her in her pre-super genesis wave form, with the purple dress and paw like feet. The toy uses Tails' head, Wave's torso and arms, Espio's legs, the Robot Chicken Nerd's hands, and her feet and other details are made of apoxie sculpt. Her ponytail beads are made from short segments of a bead chain, and I even painted the sole of one of her feet in that circuit like pattern to homage the way she looks when she digitizes herself.
