I used a wire and aluminum foil armature, and Van Aken Modeling Clay. For the eyes, I took a screencap of the Super Smash Bros Brawl Falco Model and then printed and cut out. I made a version with and without boots. Sometime, to increase the stability and firmness, I'll use one of those cheap pro wrestling figures from the Dollar Tree as a base, and then cover it in clay and remove parts as needed.
