And now to complete the Hydra Four comes the one member with an actual decent name. Militant. That I can get behind. It's not fantastic, but it's not terrible either. I can actually picture a character with that name. This is also the clearest example of how bad I am at applying the Hydra emblem. It is certainly better than my last attempt on the shield, but still not that great. More practice will of course pay off, but for now I intend to avoid it for a while. Interestingly enough, even though these characters are counterparts to specific Avengers, Militant was the only one to face off with his direct variation. He held his own against Cap pretty well, but Cap's shield literally split Militant's in half. So, not quite good enough. Fixing him up was just a straight repaint with the A sanded off the mask and an emblem sculpted on his chest. And despite the emblems, I'm glad to have them under my belt. And this week I get to move on to another batch of evil variations. Kind of.
