Back with another custom, this time Winter Soldier. I want a comic version so badly, but unwilling to throw down $$$ on the TRU 2 pack one, especially with the crappy articulation in the hips.
Made my own from the movie version, with a casted short-haired comic head.

Repainted, tons of sanding to avoid paint rub. Made the leg straps + holster from fodder. Cut off the excess from the belt.

Not entirely comic-accurate, but I'm happy with it.
