The flash Tv show is soo good right now that it made me want to make a reverse flash figure since DC collectables hasn't made one yet. So I used the Marvel legends Movie Electro base and the Walmart exclusive avengers captain america for the head. Did some sculpting details to make it as accurate as I could. Well here it is
