No mods, just lots and lots of shading to bring out his muscles. The shading also slightly changed his color to be more forest green. I love this figure right out of the box, but now he looks terrifying! My other figures are scared!

Perfect paint app. That's exactly what the doctor ordered for this figure. The torso was such a different color from the arms, and with no shading, that it looked like a weird shirt or something. That head sculpt is so good, it was a shame they ruined the figure with such bad paint, but you definitely saved it!
