I used the Boomerang figure from the Ultimate Green Goblin BAF Wave, with a head cast of the RoML Ghost Rider. Gave him two sets of shields, made from some spare cap shields I had just sculpted the a T and his regular insignia. Also gave him 2 sets of capes one from the original Toy Biz figure and the other set is from Spidey Classics Hobgoblin.
