I wanted to go for the classic iconic Hawkeye look but on a buff base figure to deviate from the slim base he is always on. I started with the Ultimate Captain America figure, swapped out the arms from Drax, shaved and resculpted the arms to give him the appropriate arm bands, swapped out the boots from Series 1 Captain America, and used the head and accessories from the Odin Wave Hawkeye. I think the buffer base suits his squared jaw head better. I also enjoy the gun strap on his leg as a slight modification to the traditional look.
