Next up in the Project Superpowers run comes another character that has, "Let's make Superman evil!" written all over him. lol While I do like the concept, and absolutely loved it when Hyperion was completely unstoppable in Exiles, it is a bit overused. But, when you find a Superman type character in the public domain, you grab him! Captain Future was originally a hero, but he apparently went nuts in the Urn of Pandora. Now, he drains your powers, kills you, and really hates you if you play with fire. Being Avatars may have something to do with that, but still. For fixing him up, I wanted to use a larger body, but not go massive. I felt like using a Herc base would be too big. So, I stuck with Wonder Man. Added a little sculpt to his lower legs for the boots, then gave him a full repaint. I wanted fists, so I swapped out his hands for some off the standard build. Surprisingly, they work pretty well. I'll have to keep that in mind. Head left me with a ton of debate, but I ended up settling on this Renegades Duke head. ...And now that I think about it, that head I keep using for my Brutaal customs would probably be a much better option. I may try that.
