I've been wanting to make this guy for a while now. I like the new 52 version where he has powers vs a gun so heres my version of that. I took an eclipso DCU base,cyclone arms and head, sculpted the ice on the hand and forearm. I felt like I did OK on the sculpt but really want to find a better mix for my flesh tones.
