I wanted to make this guy for a long time. I have had him in my sights since I finished Shining Knight. I finished the other Seven Soldiers, but the team would not be complete without Green Arrow and Speedy. What held me back? The hats. The hats looked like they would be beyond my meager skill. I leave it up to the Realm to let me know if I pulled it off. The skirt and feather were made from denim. The boots, gloves, strap, and hat were done with Milliput. The bow and quiver were from a Young Justice Speedy. I reworked the quiver with Milliput to set off differently from Speedy's. I had the figure done and sealed when I started painting the bow. It took me that long to realize the closed fist could not hold the bow....doh! So I drilled a hole in his left fist.
