Two things that come to mind when I think of a good Storm custom.
One - epic hair
Two - stripper heels. I mean really. Who wears sensible shoes when you can fly?!

New Storm body, fully repainted.
The hair comes from a Dc Cyclone figure(?).
I love how she came out. Thanks for looking!!!
