I was never happy with the Rots (Firing Force Lightning!)Emperor Palpatine's articulation and the face on the Super Articulated Emperor Palpatine because they only gave it a new head once. So I took the Rots Palpatine because he had a better face, boiled and popped the bad arms off and gave him better arms. Then I glued the super articulated Emperor Palpatine's lower body to the upper body of it to give him articulated legs, which I had to sacrifice the waist articulation to do it. Then I took the robe and sewed the soft goods hood on there. So now I have the Ultimate Emperor Palpatine. If I want to give him more of a Revenge of the Sith look I just use the VTC Darth Sidious hood and robe.
