Abe Waiters was once a low street level errand runner for the American Russian mob. He got on the bad end of a deal gone wrong when the FBI raided it. That left his body battered and barely salvageable. Federal agents detained him and probed his brain for all the info he had on the Soviet crime organization. In order to keep his body functioning for said probes cybernetics had to be installed. These electro chips and circuits were later modified and enhanced to turn Abe into a deadly tool to enforce the FBIs will. He was equipped with a Claw arm which can be removed to allow flametorch action. He also has a spiked spinner of destruction ready to exact revenge against his former mob employers. A mechnadroid magnetized to his back allows for jet boost flight as well as the ability to rotate to his front and breath rejuvenated life into Mechna-Man when he is weakened or fatigued.
