Parts:
Legs, arms & fabric are from Curse of the Spawn figure
Head from Urizen deluxe figure
Torso, base and decapitated head from Halloween Spawn figure
Sword & skull on chest from Lotus Warrior figure
Shoulder armor from Black Knight Spawn figure
Gorilla super-glue & white/red/black paint

Method:
Limbs & head carved to line up properly with torso using scalpel
Parts glued in to place, while keeping as many points of articulation as possible
Base carved/modified to better suit figure stance
Chest skull carved out of a Lotus Warrior accessory
Fabric cut in to custom pieces
White paint added to teeth, nails & chest skull
Black paint added to mouth interior
Red paint added as blood spatter
