So, a request came in for a few X-Men Evolution characters, and since I really liked the series, I was anxious to give them a shot. Also helped that I'm a big Gambit fan. So variations of him are always fun. Finished him up, then realized I was going in the wrong direction. The others were Evolution designs, but his was actually Wolverine and the X-Men. So, expect that one soon. lol But, I'm glad to have completed this one, as well. Gambit was more villain turned anti-hero in Evolution, first appearing as a member of Magneto's Acolytes. And I really liked that differing take. I sculpted up the upper torso, lower torso, arms, and added a bit to his knees, as well. Watched a lot of episodes to help get the design as accurate as I could. Jacket was a cast of Blade's jacket. Moving to the head, I started with the Wolverine Origins Gambit, removed the hair, added some of my own, then a little bit to his chin, as well. To finish him off, a metal piece for a staff. A bit tedious, but a fun project nonetheless. Anxious to make more. May even throw him Age of Apocalypse design in the mix if I get a little extra time.
