these guys were done over the last few months ive posted tatsu and khan already so adding the last 2 elites from the 2003 run i used a design for one from the 80s game called shogun mixed wit the elite look and used a darth revan look for the 4th coz i taught it looked kewl

the idea come tmnt btts when khan who was a member of the elite foot evolved his look and started leading the foot so i decided to give all 4 an evolved look
