This character I invented just acouple of days ago. He was kinda enspired by the themes in the songs Holy Diver by DIO (hence the name) and Valley of The Damned by Dragonforce. He is a SHS Green Goblin body, SHS Magneto's head, some old G.I.Joe sword and the cape was made from a Superman returns 12" Superman cloth sleeve.

RIDE THE TIGER YOU CAN SEE HIS STRIPS BUT YOU KNOW HE'S CLEAN!!!!
