Shredder was made from a Ryu figure I found at a yard sale and was topped with a 2k3 tmnt combat warrior shredder head. I found the shredder at my local thrift shop and due to a dog-chewed hand got it super cheap. I took the twin claw off it too and sharpened it up and glued it on. The rest of the stuff came from fodder.

It's hard to tell in the pics but the finish/surface quality of various parts makes it look pretty cool in person. After painting it I gave it a coat of matte clear. It wasnt as dull as I expected so I matte modpodged all the skin and the grey tunic, leaving them nice and dull. I then applied some gloss puzzle glue to all the armor pieces made of metal, especially the claws and helmet crown. So theres 3 different types of surfaces and that's probably my favorite thing about it.

My other favorite thing would be the decision to splatter some red on his hands/claws for blood. I felt this shredder had a little Mortal Kombat thing going on so I thought some blood splatter would be a nice touch.

This not-so-super shredder is posed with my previous super shredder for scale and comparison. I thought it was the merciful thing to do for the turtles. They may stand a chance against this new shredder... well thanks again for looking gang.
