I finished this in 2013,but somehow I forgot to post here. So here goes, it is Kermit the Frog, dressed up like Jack Sparrow. Like he could be seen in the tv-report of the POTC4 premiere party (see last pic that I used for reference) Base is obviously Capt. Smollet Kermit (Palisades), added belt and accessories from a 3.75" Jack Sparrow figure and a Playmobil gun. The bandana is sculpted, so is the entire upper chest area (can hardly be seen with the belts and all). Dreads come from some Predator figure I found in a thrift shop. They were/are perfect!
