This is my second version of Grifter. The first time I went with the classic trench coat look. This time I wanted a more tactical look.

It is a pretty simple recipe. I used a ML Hydra Agent for the top half and a MS Winter Soldier for the bottom half. Belt and Harness are from the Winter Soldier figure and hands are from a ML punisher. The head is from the old Playmates Grifter figure.

How did you get the head to fit?

I used an exacto knife to cut off the neck from the head and then used a dremmel tool to drill a hole into the bottom of the head large enough to fit the ML neck peg

Thanks RM. When combining halves, I used to crack open the torsos and re-attach them in order to retain waist articulation. Then at some point, I realized that I have never once posed a figure using the waist swivel. So now a days I just take a butcher knife and chop the figures in half and then glue them together. Obviously, this loses waist articulation, but it is really easy.
