A simple head swap from my Acid Rain World Sol Commander, these figures are great and the articulation is just superb so does the paintjob I guess that what makes it stand out from the G.i joes and arvel universe 3.75" figs.

Head is from a Pre Viszla clone wars
Extra hands are from the black series luke skywalker
And I just gave him random weapons, and put some cloth around his arms and shoulder to give him that wasteland vibe. Tell me what you guys think about it! And thank you for viewing! :D
