After watching the Venture Bros DVD I had to make a Monarch figure. How can you not love a character that named himself after a butterfly and has the mentality of a child. Monarch was made from a movie Mr Fantastic, alot of paint, and green stuff.

You bet. The can either go to the "flight position" or down for the cape effect.
