After a mysterious plague wiped out 93% of the human population, the desolate cities are run by gangs and housed by people just trying to stay alive. When certain gangs start to extort and steal in order to live off of others, a mysterious figure emerges to lay waste to the lazy filth. He is rarely seen and only heard by his seemingly endless supply of bullets.

Some say he’s a ghost. Some say they knew him before the fall. He is The Blue.
