I wish I could say "I'm sorry." I wish I could say that I was filled with remorse as I painted blue gingham on what was formerly a very strong and dignified Ultimates Thor. I wish that I could say that I did not cackle with glee when I found the model 'Road King' in Marshalls on sale, and perhaps that I did not joyously print out tiny yellow brick road graphics to apply to it. I WISH that I could say that I did NOT hijack my daughter's glitter collection and applied it to Thorthy's Ruby Boots. And lastly, I wish that I did not have to just grin and nod quietly when the lady at the fabric store asked if I REALLY only needed 1/8 yard of gingham fabric and 2 inches of blue ribbon.

I Love asking the ladies at the sewing counter for tiny amounts of fabric and looking at their reactions. Great custom for being so silly, the heroic, stern expression makes it even better.
