They probably don't come as obscure as this guy. Or should I say, GUYS. He's a villain that appeared in Daredevil, and his successor would appear later in HUman FLy comics. His head is a Gold Destro head, with an Indiana Jones figure (Crystal Skull) hat. The figure's upper torso is Rise of Cobra Destro, the lower half is ROC CObra Commander legs.
