There's not much left of the Green guy underneath all that mechanical rubble, just his good side. The rest of him got assimilated, pimped, whatever - fubar! Now he's just some hulking freaking Frankenstein! Behold, the Hulkenstein!
Best part of kitbashing is getting to cut up all the figure parts, modifying them to fit somewhat anatomically proportioned, and grabbing parts from that to go with this. Sometimes the pieces don't fit, are different materials, and figuring out solutions are part of the fun.
The Creech figure had a fist the size of a small VW and was a problem to attach to the arm. The whole area connecting the arm to the big fist had to be reinforced with added plastic chunks, and apoxie sculpted over. More mechanical looking pieces (borrowed from ML Ultron) were added to the arm for continuity. A pie-section was cut out from the Hulk's head and replaced with a fragment of the Borg head. Sculpt work was done over the Borg part to appear less Borg, and the machine side of the face has been illustrated. The smaller fist belonged to the glove of a Mighty Duck figure and retains swivel ability. Repainted silver, it manages to pull-off a robotic look. Certain areas have been highlighted with chrome silver but most of the figure's original color is intact. This figure is great to take on many combat/action-hero poses so decided to keep the paint simple and allow for more smash n bash - less wear on the color.
