Started with a Jeep Renegade RC added a Chap Mei roll cage as you can tell it fits the 1/18 scale well. Added the electronics and straight axles of a Red Cat 1/24 scale crawler it has 4 - 2 wheel remote selective steering and of course it is 4 X 4. Added LED's for headlights and the flood lights I found at a hardware store (originally made for wearing on a baseball cap). I also added a third servo to incorporate real steering so when the wheels turn left so to does the steering wheel. I gave Chuckel's (for non G.I. Joe fans one of the coolest characters in the Joe world) a cool jacket that hides the fact his arm was ripped of to accommodate a spring. This Spring gives the flexibility needed to steer along with the steering wheel. I saw this feature on YouTube on a 1/6th RC Jeep great idea that was not original to me but great idea I was able to incorporate. The winch is taken from an Air Hogs RC helicopter, flip a switch and you take control of the winch with the remote flip another and you can control the transmission along with the winch for more pulling power. A couple of random accessories and coats of paint and stickers. The Jeep also comes with adjustable seats. Hope to add a video to my other You Tube videos in the near future for this Jeep. It looks top heady but handles pretty well taking obstacles and rolling over rocks with out tipping over, I would rate it at about 40% grade horizontal.
