Will James was an incorruptible detective on a corrupted police force. He was also one of the departments' best shots. He was an 18 year veteran who had survived many a gun fight with some of the mob's best. In the end it was his own that sold him out. Sent to a trap without back up at a warehouse down by the docks, he is taken prisoner. During the torture his right hand is chopped off for the mob enforcers he has gunned down. He is chained to cement blocks and dumped in the river. One year later a vigilante calling himself Dead End begins cutting his way through the mob. He has the power to become intangible. His right hand replaced with a scythe. He has wrist mounted trang darts on his left wrist. The first time he crosses your path you're tranqed, the second you meet the right hand of justice!
