Alrighty! It's FRIDAY!!! Got a new one for yall. My good friend Terrell commissioned me awhile back to make a Thracian Wars Hercules figure using a WWE The Rock figure. I gotta admit, this one was tough. I wanted him to retain ALL his original articulation. Most of what you see is sculpted in terms of the beard, lion's head, shoulder pads, straps, belt, boots, and mace. But other parts might be a little recognizable.

The cape comes from a Legolas figure from the old ToyBiz line, and so does the sword, sheath, and a belt strap. The lion head is a blend of sculpt and the tiger head from a DCUC Bronze Tiger figure. The arm braces comes from a ML Hope Summers figure and are glued in place.

For the shoulder pads/armor I sculpted those separately and attached them with straps underneath them that are glued to the trapezius. This way, the shoulders can be raised unhindered by sculpt just as they would in real life.

All in all, I'm very proud of the way he turned out. Certainly one of my best efforts. Up next will be a Big Chill Majestic, Teen Wolf in basketball uniform, and another John Wesley Shipp Flash.
