Hey guys, today I present the newest custom in my Batman villains set. The Mad Hatter, Jervis Tetch. I started with a Silent Screamers Dr. Jekyll figure. Gave it a repaint, and added a hat from a wrestling figure. I repainted the hat and added the band using a twist tie and card to it. Threw in some small accessories and he was done. Tweedledee and Tweedledum are just repaints of The Spirit Thug figures. If you'd like to see a separate post for the Tweedles let me know in the comment section below. Thanx for viewing.
