Taking a break from my Disney figures for a little bit, I took my very first commission. A deadly mermaid inspired by the mermaids in Pirates of the Caribbean 4. The brief was blonde hair, fangs, gills, webbed hands, blue/green/silver tail and scale covered breasts.

Recipe:
Head - Ariel WWE (a sort of fitting name haha)
Body & Hair - kelly Kelly WWE
Hands - Monster High Lagoona Blue
Tail - Apoxie sculpt and plastic packaging for fins.

Soon she will be swimming her way from the UK to the USA.

Looks like Captain Jack Sparrow's gonna have his hands full with this underwater BEAUTY! Using the hands from a Monster High doll is genius! I'm surprised at how perfect they look on the base figure!

He certainly will, she's a fierce one! Thank you . I've used Monster High hands on Ariel and Morveren too,they are a pretty good scale for 7 inch female figures, I buy them loose off eBay, the wrist pegs are a bit too skinny but I wrap masking tape around them so they fit in the holes securely.
