I've always seen a bunch of great High Evolutionary figures on Figurerealm and wanted to make one for myself. Used a lot of the same that's been used before except the head. I used a Titanium Man body and Drax head to get that emotionless stern look. Result ed parts of the head, skirt thingy is made fro. Sheet rubber, wrapped up with some Citadel Paints and done.
