I initially had plans to make a Fox McCloud figure, but then he was announced for the world of nintendo line. Not wanting to make a figure that would only be officially made in about 6 months I amended my plans and changed it to Falco. I started with a Luke Skywalker figure (the one from his training with Yoda on Degoba) and sculpted a bunch of extra bits with apoxie sculpt. His head, hands, and jacket along with his reflector are my sculpting. The tail is from a Jet the Hawk figure, because with me everything has to come back to Sonic in some way. I also did some modding to the figure's legs, changing the way the hips work so he could sit and kick, giving the knees more clearance so they could bend closer to 90 degrees, and I swapped out his feet with those from a Slugterra Eli so he'd have bigger boots. I can't wait to get the official Fox figure to see if they match.
