hey guys leave any tips of questions below! thanks. for this figure i used a amazing spiderman 2 figure body spiderman classics head for the mcfarlane look and completely sanded the joits and gave hime a brand new dry brush paint style for the blue ares and the red was simply a black wash. for the head i just put some scuplt puddy and made it fit really clean on the neck joint the figure already has to keep the articulation. so thats my easy recipe and hope you guys can cook one up for yourselvs in the future! peace...

If you still have this figure, would you be willing to work out a deal to sell it?

Much improved. I got that infinite AS2 figure last week in a sale and I still think it looks crappy. This is much improved. I wish I had the skills to do the same to my figure.

Nice Spidey, but that's actually more like Mark Bagley's style.

yeah truuue, but I called it "McFarlane" spidey because the head this came from was off the spiderman classics series 1 spidey and it was based off mcfarlanes artwork.. thanks tho I still like the look ahah

Yeah, I never understood why they included issue #301 of TASM with that figure, rather than with the SMC 12 Spidey, which actually IS based off of McFarlane's (and JSC's) work. The SMC Series 1 figure is obviously based off of Bagley's Spidey. Also, the head from the very rare Shoot 'N Trap Spider-man is IDENTICAL to the way Todd McFarlane drew Spidey's head early on in TASM, with a smooth egg-shaped look...way before he started extending the jawline and making Peter's head shape more apparent.
