From out of the Jundland Wastes he came...
...the Mandalorian with no name. A ruthless gunslinger, danger fits him like a glove. In his own way he is perhaps the most dangerous Mandalorian who ever lived. And for a fistful of credits he'll do the jobs the Empire, the Rebal Alliance, or the Jedi can't.
So I started out with a stock Boba Fett. Removed the jetpack, Wookie pelts and that crappy looking cape. Painted and added a backpack from fodder. Repainted the armor and painted over the decals on the chest and shoulder. Added some gouges in the abdominal armor (close scrape with a lightsaber, maybe?). Repainted the suit and boots. Replaced the cape with the same material I used on my previous Grendel custom, dirtied up with dabs of various paint for a sandy effect. Filled out the dent in the helmet with Apoxie Sculpt before repainting. After getting about 75% done, my old pal Samhain suggested the Man-dalorian With No Name off the top of his head which worked out great because I had a couple ideas for an identity for this figure that involved the gunslinger aspect, but how could such a great idea go to waste? So my mind started formulating a backstory, Tattooine being similarly desert-ish like the settings of those spaghetti westerns which necessitated a serious application of "sandblasting" to his appearance. The loincloth parts were from a Batman Arkham City Azrael. Added a Stormtrooper holster and blaster with a strap to his belt from fodder parts. For the base I used the Sin City2 Nancy base. It was from the black and white version so I painted that Dryad Bark with Hashut Copper accents on the doors and frame. Dirtied up the floor with more Dryad Bark, Averland Sunset, and Armageddon Dust texture. All paints are Citadel (also used Abaddon black, Mephiston Red, Leadbelcher silver, a small amount of Tuskgor Fur and Nurgling Green in the sanblasting, . All brushes were cheap. Hope you dig it!

You know, Boba Fett's personality and mannerisms were based on the Man with No Name.

Awesome, the Man with a No-Name is a great Western series. Glad you used that on a Bounty Hunter.
