FInally getting around to posting again, it's been a while. This costume has always been one of my favourite looks for Cable, and I've always wanted it in action figure form, so when the Hyperion figure came out I knew what I would be turning him into.
Started by shaving his hair down on the sides and removing his arms. I took the arms from Cable from the ML 2 pack with Marvel Girl, and with some slight modifications made them fit the body.
After that all the costume details were sculpted (mask, boots, straps, etc.) except for the back piece of the belt which came from an ML Punisher.
His Psimitar was built from some accessories out of the fodder bin.
After that, everything was painted and sealed. Sorry for the crappy photos, but they will do for now.
Comments and criticisms are always welcomed and appreciated. I have plans for Jean Grey from this era, but I'll likely work on other figures before I get to her.
