Doing this as a combo piece since not much was done to either figure and the Catwoman I just posted before. I added goggles to her that are removable and for Scarecrow I put real curved needles on his hands and painted over them and the injector pieces with a metallic clear coat to give it more of an industrial look, but its hard to see on the pics.
