So basically I've continued to move forward with all the alterations made to V1. I've added articulation to the elbows, ankles & neck using revoltech joints and parts from the DC Infinite Heroes releases. I've also taken away some of the plastic on the inner thigh joint so that the legs can close tighter for flight stances. Now I've added also a fabric cape to the mix. I'm a huge fan of using fabric, but have never gone this small. It seemed like Super Powers was a small as I'd go but in the end, these were doable too with a surprisingly successful result scale wise. The cape is pulled through the body like I have always done and sealed on the inside. Then I sculpt the shoulder/neck area with hot glue on the under side and pulling the cape into place. The glue cools and the cape is left in the pattern of that tension. UPDATE: Just wanted to add better pictures!! ![]() |
