I made this one years ago (2006) and just never realized I had posted it. A simple custom really, took off the skirt and cut it to look like a belt. Ground away a little of the pant cuffs to make to fur trim. Toothpaste foil to make the buckle. The hat is from a dollar store stuffed toy. He used to only come out a Christmas but for the past several years, he remained on his shelf, keeping his eyes open for those on the naughty and nice list. (Hey Santa's got to have help some how right.)
