This is Black Adam before the Wizard Shazam gave him his powers. He is known in this incarnation as Teth-Adam and he was a prince in ancient Egypt. The theme that I was striving for is a "before he was famous."
The Shazam lightning bolt necklace was incorporated to distinguish the figure from other Egyptian characters such as Rama-Tut from Marvel. (but if you think he makes a better Rama-Tut, then kudos to me)
I wanted to try to keep the colour scheme as close to Black Adam as possible without looking to honey bee like.

Base figure is WWE Triple H
Head gear is MOTU Nepthu. Took the original face off and substituted a ML Namor face.
Neck armor is from the MOTU Nepthu-painted black and added some gold wire around it.
Upper arm jewellery is from the ML Black Panther.
Sculpted forearm bands
Shazam bolt is carved out of some plastic and then painted gold
Loin cloth is from MOTC Nepthu, transplanted it to the Triple h figure.
Lower leg armor is from an Iron Man classic figure.
Feet are from a UFC fighter figure.
The sandal straps are sculpted and DCUC UltraMan elbow pads. The bottoms are just painted Styrofoam.
