This guy is a D-list Marvel superhero who I'd never heard of, but came across while searching for characters to make and I liked the costume. He wears a blue costume and can produce a force field around his body, hence the name Blue Shield. This was a pretty simple custom. Its a Quicksilver body, with boots from a ToysRUs boxset Cyclops. The fists are from a DCUC figure with the rest of the gloves sculpted. The head is a cast of DCUC Atom.
