Both Dee Dee were made from a WWE Kelly Kelly. I put subtle differences into the hair and hat sculpts as well as the expressions on the facial paint just for varieties sake, and to avoid making the same figure twice. That'd be boring.
I chose to leave the Kelly Kelly white knee pads on at my wife's urging, because they look good and it makes them more my own. The costume's already not quite accurate anyway, but fine with me for shelf fillers.
