Hey guys, I'm back with a new addition to my Batman villains set. Today, we have Harley Quinn. Keeping with the theme of this set, this was a quick and simple custom. I started with a flat white for the face, gloss red lips and flat black around the eyes. Next, I used gloss red and flat black for the bra, panties and shoes.
