When I first got asked to try Count Nefaria I had an initial idea on how to make him. But, then it was added that the Herc body was preferred. I was a bit thrown by this until I looked up other customs and his actual character history. Apparently he's pretty much just a villainous version of Superman. Marvel's got a bunch of those. And other customs were made with a larger build. So, I grabbed a Herc body, swapped out the lower legs for Omega Red, and got to work. Added sculpt to fill in the gloves and the H on the belt. Then, I cut the collar portion off the Gladiator cape and gave him a full repaint. Twisted some sculpt for the strap, grabbed a Kraven head, and that was about it. Simple enough, and pretty fun, as well.
