Bette Sans Souci, AKA Plastique is a French-Canadian activist/terrorist who was quite literally stripped of her powers by Firestorm during her first appearance. This led to her getting advancements that allowed her to project explosive force from her body. Eventually she found herself assigned to Task Force X, and that's why she found herself assigned to-do list. Giggidy.

Not the most complicated costume, but don't ask me to explain it's design. Trust me, it's much better than her first appearance look. Anyway, Plastique eventually reformed for a time and even married Captain Atom--now that's an explosive relationship! Thank you, I'll be here all week. Be sure to tip your waitress.

Anywho, Bette was made using a basic DCUC Dove body, a Cap ScarJo head, and Star Sapphire Wonder Woman hair and modified collar. Not the most difficult job, but that's part of zee appeal, mon ami.
