Eugene Belford was a hacker hired by the D/Monix Corporation to police the company’s computer systems. Known by the Handle the Plague Belford kept D/Monix’s systems safe until 2099 when the data thief Zero Cochran stole vital information from the company. Disgraced, Belford was fired from D/Monix and ultimately marked for assassination for his failure. While Belford ultimately survived this attempt on his life, his body was severely damaged causing brain damage and necessitating his need to permanently wear a breathing apparatus. During his recovery Belford began utilizing the many secrets he had uncovered from his time with D/monix and soon became an underground information broker. Utilizing a series of spy satellites once used by D/Monix known as O.R. B.S (Orbital Recon Battle spheres) Belford was able to spy on anyone in the world thus increasing his power and wealth. It was during this time that he discovered that the entity known by the media as the Ghost Rider was actually the hacker Zero Cochran , The data thief that had caused his disgrace at D/monix. No longer did he care about amassing riches or power. His only desire became the destruction of the Ghost Rider and all he held dear. Gone forever was the man once known as Eugene Belford. Now stood only The ORB.

Body:Metal Gear Psycho Mantis
Head: Halloween eye
Right arm: Ultron arm

After looking through my parts bin I found that Psycho Mantis had the futuristic hacker look I was going for. I removed his head and left arm and painted the outfit with testers red. I used acetone to remove the blood vessels from the Halloween eye and attached it to the figure using a small peg. This allowed the head to still turn left and right. I drilled a hole in Ultron's arm and attached it to the figure. The Weapon/O.R.B is made of varied parts I had lying around. I attached the smaller eye with a clear tube so it would appear to float above the weapon. My only regret is that I didn't have the time to give him knee or elbow articulation.
